My 1:1 nutrition coaching is designed to provide you with unparalleled support and accountability as you work toward your goals. Together, we’ll create a tailored plan that fits your lifestyle, focusing on balanced nutrition, mindset shifts, and consistent habits. I’ll support you every step of the way with actionable advice and ongoing accountability to ensure lasting results.

At the beginning of our time working together, you will receive personalized nutrition targets and I will teach you how to meet them. Each week you will complete a check-in process and receive a video response back from me cheering you on, providing guidance, giving you next steps, and helping you to plan for the upcoming week (based on what you have coming up).

  • First of all, let me alleviate your anxiety and nerves—nutrition coaching is not me looking through what you have eaten each day and week.

    It IS the process that changed my life. Nutrition coaching with me is a high support and accountability process where I teach you how to eat in a way where you don’t have to cut out your favorite foods, but can still reach your goals.

    This nutrition coaching is 1:1, so it is highly personalized to what you need. I will be teaching you how to make food choices that you enjoy, make you feel good, and fuel your body. I will be encouraging, celebrating, and coaching you through weekly check-ins.

  • Tracking your food: 5-10 minutes a day

    Weekly meal/ingredient preparation: 1+ hour(s)

    Weekly check-in: 10 minutes

    So for the low cost of the length of a movie (a week 🍿), you can achieve your health goals.

  • If you follow the plan, this will work for you. The plan will be personalized based off of your health history, preferences, and lifestyle. I will ensure that you are making progress towards your health goals.

    Unlike a group nutrition program, this nutrition coaching is 1:1. I will hold you accountable and help you to uncover what has been holding you back and what shifts we can make (both in nutrition and mindset) to help you achieve the health goals that you hold in your heart.

  • The beauty with this high accountability and support program is that we will be talking OFTEN! Every week you will complete a check in + you will have access to me via text/email.

    If you are not seeing results, I will make the adjustments that your body needs to make progress towards your goals.

    This program does not require for you to cut out any food groups, eat broccoli while your friends eat pizza, or stay home from wine night. If the plan is not working for you, I will show you how to work in the things that are a priority to you or we will make changes to your plan.

    My heart is for sustainability. If you want a restrictive diet, you may want to look elsewhere. I get women results while feeling energized, full, and empowered.

  • No! In your check-in, you will be sharing how much protein, carbs, and fats you ate each day. (Don’t worry, you will learn everything you need to know to be able to do this.)

    The only time I would suggest sharing your food log with me is if you need additional support with tracking your food, hitting your nutrition goals, or figuring out how to fit in a social event/wine night/work dinner.

    And please know, that I am never on the other side of the computer with judgement in my heart. I am here to love, encourage, support, and help you. And I won’t judge the ice cream on your food log because it is likely on my log too. 😉

  • You will not be asked to cut out any food groups (protein, carbs, and fat are all so important to our bodies). I will also not ask you to cut out any favorite foods from your nutrition. Here’s what I like to say:

    You can have anything you would like. Just not all at the same day + in the same way.

    Here’s an example: If you want to have pizza night with your girlfriends, that is great! We will pre-plan the pizza into your nutrition targets for the week and then eat breakfast and lunch according to what your body needs knowing that you will have a high carb and fat dinner. So breakfast and lunch I would have you eating higher protein meals with lower carbs and fats.

  • Most people know what healthy eating looks like. Most people know that to lose weight they need to eat less + move more. So why do most people still struggle?

    I believe it is because they don’t have the proper amount of accountability + the right structure to do it long enough to see results.

    And if you’re reading this thinking, 'Well, I have lost weight before! I just can't keep it off!' — I’m here to tell you that once you reach your weight loss goal, I’ll guide you into a phase called maintenance, where you'll learn how to eat more while maintaining your results.

    Experiencing this phase while working with a coach will change the game for you. So many women gain back the weight because they live in “low calorie land” forever—which is unsustainable! Learning how to eat at maintenance will open your eyes to seeing how you are entirely capable of maintaining a healthy body weight for the rest of your life.
